She went from a housing project in St. Louis to Harvard Law School where she was classmates with Michelle Robinson, who’d become Michelle Obama.
After appearing on a show with Dr. Phil, producers discovered her talent on TV...and helped her become a star.
She now contributes legal commentary to many of the most watched shows in America.
After her son’s diagnosis with autism, she became president of the Special Needs Network.
