As a young person, Lynn Gordon didn't want her sight loss to define her or pigeon hole her. However, her deteriorating sight meant that she struggled to keep at the top of her class, all the way through her education journey. When assistive tech came along, her life changed, she found a job, accessed further education and got her life on track. She has now put pen to paper and written a book about her life experiences including the ups of living life to the full and the downs of helping care for her mother, who was diagnosed with Alzheimer's.
