Bishop Arama: This is the last intervention of the Church in the peace process

The Transitional National Legislative Assembly reopened today after months of recess.
The MPs broke off for a four month break to sensitize their constituents on the revitalized peace agreement.
Ahead of his The Primate of the Episcopal of the South Sudan, Justin Badi Arama in a strong message to the party leaders, warned that the spiritual retreat to The Vatican in April was the last intervention by the church in the peace process.
Bishop Arama said the gesture of the Pope kissing the feet of the country’s leaders is a strong gesture and said ‘all eyes’ are on the leaders to ensure the return of peace.
