"A shameful betrayal of abuse victims, who have been let down time after time". That's the damning verdict of the human rights group Amnesty after the Secretary of State once again delayed the process of compensation for victims of institutional abuse. Karen Bradley has written to victims' groups to say that instead of pushing legislation through Westminster, she wants the issue dealt with as part of the current Stormont talks. Stephen spoke to Margaret McGuckian from the support group Survivors and Victims of Institutional Abuse, solicitor Claire McKeegan who represents some of the victims and UUP MLA Mike Nesbitt.
