"A strategic voice for all the bonfires under the umbrella". That's what the East Belfast Cultural Collective say they're hoping to provide for bonfires in the East Belfast and Ards/North Down areas. The group will represent loyalists who the group claims has been "targeted by statutory agencies". But will the group be able to help calm tensions which exploded last summer?
