Karen Bradley has found herself caught up in another row over financial support for victims failed by the state.

This time the secretary of state has said any decision over more money for victims of the contaminated blood scandal should be a matter for the assembly.

The Infected Blood Inquiry is looking into what has been called "the worst treatment scandal" in NHS history.
