Foreign Affairs Ministry vows justice for slain Ugandan teachers

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs says perpetrators behind the killing of two Ugandan teachers in Rumbek will be apprehended and brought to justice.  
 
Ministry spokesperson, Mawien Makol Ariik regrets the killing of Charles Kule and William Binissima by armed youth on Sunday and is urging respect of foreign nationals. 
 
Mawien described the killing as an isolated incident that will not affect bi-lateral relations between South Sudan and Uganda.  
 
In a separate development, the Foreign Affairs spokesperson says a visit by the Head of Sudan’s Transitional Military Council was to affirm Sudan’s commitment to maintaining positive relations with South Sudan.
  
Lt Gen Abdul Fattah al-Burhan met with President Salva Kiir in Juba yesterday, in his first official visit since taking office after a military coup that ousted former President Omar al-Bashir.
