Robert Mueller, the Special Prosecutor who investigated ties between Donald Trump and the Russians, says obstruction of justice charges against the President were “not an option” available to him.
In his first public comments since wrapping up his 2 year investigation, Mr. Mueller went out of his way to avoid clearing the President.
