Gender in work, politics and broadcasting - should it matter what sex you are?

It all kicked off on Nolan Live last night when we discussed what's been an historic week for women in politics in Northern Ireland. For the first time, the Northern Ireland electorate returned three female MEPs - Diane Dodds, Naomi Long and Martina Anderson. The media hailed it as a victory for women in politics, and a sign of how far we've come. But should gender matter? Stephen spoke to Bronagh Hinds - who was part of the Women's Coalition and is a founder of  Democra-She - and commentator Heidi McAlpin.
