Develop A Silent Meditation Practice

Some of us get caught up in trying to do meditation right when we first begin meditating. The number one mistake I see people make is making themselves wrong. Wrong for having thoughts, wrong for buying into the thoughts, wrong from fidgeting... In this meditation I would like to invite you to practice in a self loving and self accepting way. We will be practicing allowing ourselves and everything to be just as it is as we gently begin to quiet the mind.
