"Unforeseen circumstances" mean a planned update into one of the biggest recalls of patients in NI here has been postponed. SDLP MLA Nicola Mallon says “The outcome and scale of over-diagnosis and misdiagnosis is a matter of patient and public interest. Patients and the public deserve openness and transparency. They deserve to know why this information cannot be released.”
