School girls in Yambio receive bicycles to boost enrolment

Three hundred school girls have received bicycles to encourage school retention and boost enrolment.
The bicycles were distributed by the Gbudue state Ministry of Education, Gender and Social Welfare in collaboration with the World Vision organization.
State Minister for Education, Pia Phillip says the beneficiaries, were identified as some of the most vulnerable attending various schools.
Pia says the girls will also use the bicycles to motivate more girls to seek an education.
He spoke to Phillip Mbugo in this interview.
