Bromley Football Club were delighted to host another successful ‘Meet the manager’ evening at Hayes Lane on Tuesday.

Manager Neil Smith was in attendance, along with Academy Director and Assistant Manager Mark Hammond, First Team Coach Alan Dunne, as well as first teamers Jack Holland and Luke Coulson.

Smith was keen to express his delight at getting so many deals over the line before pre-season had even started, and was also pleased with the calibre of players he has been able to attract to the Club during the summer.

The ever growing Bromley Academy was a topic of discussion with Hammond, as he outlined just what has been achieved this year in the setup, with the all new Girls’ Academy being highlighted as a huge step forward for the Club, as well as the newly formed U23 side.

Dunne was on hand to discuss his shift to a more coaching-led role, whilst Holland and Coulson gave their thoughts on an intense pre-season training regime so far. The Skipper was also keen to add his thanks for the support of the audience, who had each played their part in helping the Club reach record season ticket sales for the third straight year.

Well wishes were also paid to Club shop manager Jim Brown, who is currently in hospital. Staff and players have visited the long serving supporter, who remains in positive spirits and is making good progress.

We’d like to extend a huge thank you to all the season ticket holders who came along to support the event.
