Should Oxfordshire Grow? The Expressway and new communities (Ian Hudspeth and Danny Dorling debate)

On the evening of 17 June at 7.30pm Oxford Civic Society held a public debate in the Assembly Room of the Town Hall on the effect on Oxfordshire of the planned Expressway and related issues. Cllr Ian Hudspeth, leader of Oxfordshire County Council agreed to speak in favour of the Expressway. Danny Dorling opposed him and suggested other solutions.
