Changes to Renewable Heat Incentive (RHI) scheme payments meant a "raw deal" for participants, a committee of MPs has said. The Northern Ireland Affairs Committee said the Department for the Economy should "revisit" deep cuts in payments. It comes after businesses said the cuts had left them struggling. The DUP MP Ian Paisley is on the committee. He told Vinny claimants were being treated unfairly. We also got reaction from Sir Reg Empey.
