The guys start off the show with small talk about today being national “Cow Day” and lead into talking about the Home Run Derby. They compare the Home Run Derby to the NBA’s All-Star Weekend Slam Dunk Contest. They also talk about the celebrity softball game that happened yesterday. They continue talking about the Home Run Derby/Celebrity game and how bad people looked running to the bases. The guys end the first hour with some small talk about weird ultrasounds and why babies can breathe underwater before birth.
