Don't waste your breath on these people

Have you ever heard the statement, "Don't waste your breath." I recently got into a conversation with someone who is uncoachable. Immediately they became defensive. No wonder they're stuck. Sometimes it's better to be a good example for everybody. It's not your job to be be responsible for everybody — only to them.
