Monday 9am - we have a special 999 Ambulance programme - featuring the paramedics, call handlers, managers and people who called on the service. We've been given access to some incredible audio from people who call 999 and the help they receive. In advance of that show Vinny spoke to Natalie this morning. We have a short snippet of what happened when Natalie picked up the phone and dialled 999 when she was having a miscarriage, just a warning that some people may find this upsetting.
