Lucy Riles is the founder of Life of Mom and mom of 3 kids and she is married to Tom Riles, founder of Life of Dad. Lucy’s journey to and through motherhood has been filled with a number of challenges including a child born with a congenital heart defect that required open heart surgery, miscarriage, still birth and postpartum depression and anxiety. She so openly shares how she dealt with the ups and downs and has managed to “turn lemons into lemonade” and still find her inner mom warrior.
