A Kent company's battling it out it be named Champion Beer of Britain later.

A total of 71 firms from across the UK will compete for the crown, including Kent Brewery based in West Malling.

The final round of judging takes place at the Great British Beer Festival in London - following a year of regional heats and tasting panels.

Director of Kent Brewery Paul Herbert says this has been their ambition since opening nine years ago.
