A music night's been held as Pride events in Margate came to an end over the weekend.

Most recent figures suggest the number of hate crimes nationally on the grounds of sexual orientation has risen by 27 percent.

27 year-old Jordan Lennie is part of a band who performed at the event and says the community is very supportive.
