Customer of Charles Hurst finally gets resolution after contacting @StephenNolan

You'll remember yesterday we were talking to Siobhan. She contacted us to tell us about her car being clamped for having had no tax for almost a year. Siobhan bought her car from Charles Hurst 3 years ago on a PCP agreement. As part of that her car was supposed to be taxed - but an 'administrative error' meant it wasn't done. Until yesterday morning Siobhan hadn't heard from either Charles Hurst or the financial services company they use. She had an update for us this morning.
