Prime Minister Boris Johnson says the BBC should "cough up" for TV licences for all over-75s
The Prime Minister claims the corporation's settlement with the government four years ago was conditional on funding them - which the BBC says isn't right.
From next June, only over 75s on a low income will be able to claim a free licence.
Stephen talked to the Commissioner for Older People - Eddie Lynch.
And also commentator Frank Shivers and former MP Lembit Opik.
