A beauty queen from Maidstone has told kmfm how pageants have helped rebuild her confidence. Zoe Hetherington - who's competing in the regional finals of Miss Kent GB later - suffered from depression after struggling with acne and low self-esteem at school. But the 21-year-old says was able to speak out thanks to having the support of other girls. She says she's hoping to encourage young people to also step out on stage and celebrate diversity.
