He has served as managing director of Qatar Fuel Additives Company Ltd., as managing director of Dubai Natural Gas Company, and he is co-founder of Scarboro Resources, which has operations in Italy, Libya, Abu Dhabi, Indonesia, France, Pakistan, and Canada.
