LISTEN: Sarah Dimech is one of the organisers of Dover's first Pride event - 31/08/19

For the first time, Dover is hosting a Pride event to celebrate the LGBTQ+ community. Hundreds of people carrying placards will be marching through the high street this morning and heading to the town hall.

Dozens of performers will entertain the crowds, before an old school disco in the evening. Sarah Dimech is one of the organisers and says she's hoping it'll make the area feel more inclusive.
