Cleaning The King

I've been meaning to clean the King for quite a while .. I used to clean "Rocky" every 2 weeks by taking him apart to get to the burrs ... but for some reason the top burr of The King has been put on so tight that I can't get it off to get between the 2 sets of burrs ... what to do?
