My Coaching Journey with Russell Earnshaw

Prior to delivering a Tutor Training event for the Scottish FA, Greig Paterson and Lewis Irons caught up with Russell Earnshaw. A former international rugby player and coach, ‘Rusty’ now spends his time leading ‘The Magic Academy’ alongside colleague John Fletcher, and he spent time with us speaking candidly about his curiosity in trying to attain the best coaching sessions possible, through his years of experience. His enthusiastic and positive outlook on implementing coaching sessions and developing players, coaches and people is also discussed.
