The first graduation of it’s kind in Kent is happening later. Around 200 young people who’ve completed an apprenticeship are being celebrated at Rochester Cathedral. Normally graduations are only for those who’ve earned a degree, but Brian Woods from the Federation of Small Businesses says it’s time that changed.
