Sudanese Peace Talks in Juba today

Peace talks between Sudanese sovereign Council and opposition groups opens in Juba this morning.
Presidential press secretary, Atteny Wek Ateny says president Kiir who is mediating the talks has invited regional leaders to come for the opening.
 
South Sudan has offered to mediate between parties to Sudan’s crisis since the unrest that led to the overthrow of long time President Omar Bashir in April this year.
 
Presidential Press secretary Atany Wek says President Museveni of Uganda and Ethiopian Prime minister are among the heads of state invited for the event.
