On Saturday, October 12 at 2:23 a.m. Mr. James Smith called the police non-emergency number to report activity at a neighbor’s house which he believed was “not normal.”
34-year-old Aaron Dean, who had been on the force since April 2018, resigned after shooting Atatiana Jefferson at her home.
