Kingsmen Close Harmony Chorus is a four-part close-harmony Barbershop chorus that’s been singing and appearing at events across the South Hams for over 25 years.
This year The Kingsmen named RNIB their charity of the year and to help raise funds for the (RNIB) Transcription Centre in Ivybridge they held a concert at Ivybridge Methodist Church earlier last month.
We spoke with a member of the chorus Chris Birch to find out all about their performances, fundraising and why they chose to support RNIB.
Chris spoke with RNIB Connect Radio’s Simon Pauley.
