There's criticism over a #Kent County Councillor's controversial suggestion that drugs like heroin and cocaine should be legalised. Sean Holden called for it during a debate about knife crime at County Hall in #Maidstone. He says measures to tackle drug crime so far have been unsuccessful, and a change is desperately needed. Councillor Catherine Rankin doesn't agree though.
