She has practiced corporate law and management consulting, and holds degrees from McGill University, Université de Paris II, Assas, and Harvard University. A lawyer, Antoniou is the author of Back to Beer… and Hockey, which chronicles the life and work of Eric Molson, who not only saved Molson Breweries, but positioned it to thrive as a globally-orientated organization. The Molson name is part of the fabric of Canada. Since 1786, when John Molson founded his first brewery in Montreal, it has become synonymous with beer, hockey, and philanthropy.
