President Kiir declares state of emergency in flood-affected aras

President Salva Kiir has declared a state of emergency in areas affected by flooding and torrential rains.
The order seen by Radio Miraya, covers 27 locations in Greater Barh el Ghazal, Greater Upper Nile and in the Greater Equatoria region.
