ICG Warns against forming government without consensus

The International Crisis Group is calling on regional heads of state, the African Union and Western Diplomats to urge President Salva Kiir not to form a new government without consensus. In their report ‘Déjà vu: Preventing Another Collapse in South Sudan’ which was published yesterday the peace campaign group warns that South Sudan could slide back into a war. 
 
The ICG suggests regional heads of state, from Uganda, Kenya and Sudan revive diplomatic efforts and seek preliminary consensus on security arrangements and state boundaries. The ICG’s senior analyst Alan Boswell says a unilateral decision to form a new government on November 12th could put the country on a dangerous footing.  He spoke to radio Miraya in the following interview
