Extention to the Pre-Transitional period welcomed

A political analyst has welcomed a decision to extend the Pre-Transitional period as a ‘positive move’ by the two parties to push the peace process forward.
 
President Salva Kiir and opposition leader Riek Machar agreed to postpone the formation of a new coalition government for 100 days, beyond the November 12th deadline. 
 
The two Principals reached the agreement at a six-hour long meeting in Uganda yesterday.
