R-JMEC calls on parties to kick off implementation of pending Pre-Transitional tasks

The interim chairperson of the Reconstituted-Joint Monitoring and Evaluation Commission is calling on the parties to the agreement to immediately get started on the implementation of pending tasks assigned to the Pre-Transitional period.

 Lt. Gen Augostino Njoroge welcomes the spirit of consensus that was displayed in extending the Pre-Transitional period by 100 days, and says the time must be put to good use.
