Alice Lyons has battled with depression since she was a teenager. She experienced thoughts of suicide but the feelings of guilt and shame surrounding this prevented her from seeking help. At the age of 25, Alice suffered a mental breakdown as a result of burnout and depression. Following this traumatic event Alice found her voice.
