The majority of interactions we make in our day-to-day lives are now online, from business to shopping and everything in between. As such, it’s never been more critical for a company to offer a seamless, frictionless digital experience for its users. In fact, most people now expect it.
UX design is also good for business, there’s no doubt that it can positively impact your bottom line. A recent study found a well-designed interface can increase a website’s conversion rates by up to 200%. As Apple’s co-founder Steve Jobs once said: “Design is not just what it looks like and feels like. Design is how it works.”
