Most entrepreneurs at one stage or another experience feelings of being out of their depth, as though they haven’t got a clue what they are doing but when it takes on a new level, you may be battling with the concept of Imposter Syndrome.

Although it may feel terrifying, embracing Imposer Syndrome can actually benefit both you and your business.

To discuss this in more detail, Patricia is joined by entrepreneur and business commentator Vikas Shah MBE. Vikas is CEO of Swiscot Group, an international trading business, co-founder of feature film studio 53 Degrees North and a venture investor in numerous businesses.

At just 16 years old he was running a multi-national web development agency until it all came crashing down when the dot com bubble burst. Vikas openly shares his experiences Imposter Syndrome as an entrepreneur and what needs to change in the entrepreneurial space as a whole.
