Youth organisation launches campaign against crime and substance abuse

Youth Empowerment Organization of South Sudan has launched ana ma Toronto campaign. The campaign is aimed at preventing crime and substance abuse in South Sudan.

Toronto is a name given to youth or gang groups that is associated with grabbing bags and phones of Juba residents.
