Thousands of patients have been affected by the cancellations of outpatient appointments as a result of ongoing industrial action taken by health workers here in Northern Ireland.

Health workers are unhappy at pay and staffing levels, which they claim are "unsafe".

On Thursday, an increased pay offer - which involved an extra £28million - was made to health workers. However, it was rejected.
Industrial action is anticipated to continue this week and with it there will be more cancellations.
The disruption comes at a time when waiting lists in Northern Ireland are at an all time high - more than 300,000 people are currently waiting to see a consultant.

Felicity McKee is from County Armagh and spoke to Stephen about how she moved to Wales to access shorter waiting lists.
