96 - Wolfgang Puck

Dec 31, 2019, 06:13 AM
This podcast has nothing to do with politics. It's just a fascinating interview.

Elex Michaelson recently sat down with Wolfgang Puck inside his Hotel Bel Air restaurant.

Wolfgang redefined the way we eat, what we eat, and how we learn about food.

He invented the "open kitchen concept," became the first restaurant chef to appear regularly on TV, and then became a world-class entrepreneur.

But, his start in life was tough. His step-father didn't believe in him & didn't think men should cook at all.

In this wide-ranging conversation, Wolfgang opens up about finding a mentor & a purpose in life.

He breaks down his strategy for success...and how he's paid it forward to several generations.

Portions of this were featured in Elex's story for the FOX 11 News at 10 PM in Los Angeles.
