A mum says staff at an Asda in Kent were not aware of having specialist trolleys to support children with disabilities - despite it being stated on the supermarket's website.

Bonnita Moaby went to her local store in Tunbridge Wells, but was told they didn't have any available.

Her eight year-old daughter Amilie has sensory processing disorder and finds being in a store overwhelming without being inside the more secure trolleys.

Asda have apologised and say a replacement trolley will be available to customers in the next few days.
