Using private email for government business. Failing to keep minutes of Ministerial meetings - so there's no official record. Sending confidential government documents - to family members. Just some of the practices exposed by the RHI Inquiry.

The TUV leader Jim Allister is trying to introduce legislation that would lead to jail terms for politicians or officials found guilty of such behavuour in future.
