Log Books in focuss

Members of Parliament in the Transitional National Legislative assembly TNLA have expressed concerned over the law regulating car log books in South Sudan. The law requires motorists to renew log books yearly, contrary to what is obtaining across the region. The practice is seen to be promoting corruption among traffic police officers, owing to the high number of drivers moving with expired Car Log books 
 
The MPs believe that as members of the East African Community, there is need to follow suit with the rest of the member countries who do not have to renew log books yearly
