Pupils were temporarily excluded from secondary schools in #Kent more than 10,000 times last year - the highest number in the South East. Data released in Ofsted's annual report shows the percentage figure for the county is around average for the region - but we have a lot more students in total than other areas. Stephen Long is the education watchdog's Assisant Director for the South East.
