I have been speaking to Dr Liam Farrell a former GP who as well as battling to help patients in Crossmaglen was also battling his own addiction to morphine. He has written a book called 'Are You The F**king Doctor' and spoke to Vinny about his experiences working as a GP in Northern Ireland.
