LISTEN: David Manning is the Development Director for the Lower Thames Crossing project - 29/01/2020

We're being given the chance to have our say on revised plans for building Britain's longest road tunnel connecting #Kent and Essex. The proposed Lower Thames Crossing from the east of #Gravesend to Tilbury is aiming to reduce delays and provide more reliable journeys. An eight-week public consultation is now underway on the latest changes, which have been made in response to the one in 2018. David Manning from Highways England is the Development Director for the project.
